These billheads apparently relate to the second smallpox epidemic that spread through Baltimore Maryland. The items where typical bedding items bought for new incoming patients. This information was simply passed down from a doctor who had purchased these items in a collection that showed this connection. Each billhead is the bought of the department of health. Some have writing on the back as well.

18 total billheads. All are similar in design

Condition (8/10) Great overall. In general all billheads are in great condition with very little edge wear and only very small rips and tears. All have a staple hole in the top left corner.
