Missoula Montana Court House Gold Wash Sterling Silver Souvenir Spoon

Gold wash bowl with the Missoula Montana Court house on it. The courthouse and the surrounding area have white paint that could be enamel. The handle and stem have a somewhat floral pattern on them.

Unidentified makers mark on the back. If some one knows this makers mark, some information would be greatly appreciated.

Dimensions: Length = 14.5 cm, Width of bowl = 2.9 cm, Length of bowl = 4.5 cm

Condition (8/10) Shows signs of use. The front and back of the bowl have some small dark spots where gold wash may have come off (look at images carefully). Slight patina on stem and handle.  No chips or dents.
