Original Standard Oil Gas Price Sign Card and Frame
Metal frame with glass plates on both sides. Both sides say the same thing with the price, tax and table showing both at different gallon increments. In the bottom right corner of both sides ” Form 508H” is printed
The metal frame appears to have been painted red at one point with only a few small red spots remaining. On one side of the frame “Standard Oil” is recessed into metal and the another side “PAT APLD FOR” raised in the frame.
Paper on both sides shows signs of discoloration. Glass is in good condition with some minor scratched.
The bottom plates can be removed to change the sign but I did not try to remove the paper and the supporting plate.
