The Colorado National Life Insurance Company 1909 Denver Colorado Contract and Application
This item includes a large foldout application and contract for life insurance from The Colorado National Life Insurance company based out of Denver Colorado. A sleeve for the document is also included. At the back of the contract is a copy of the application for a 28 year old male and who designated his wife to be the beneficiary. In the front of the contract are coupon dividends where the applicant has to pay the amount each month for a given set of months to receive life insurance for 20 years.
The logo is a picture of Pikes Peak and says “Solid as Pikes Peak”
This is a very interesting insurance contract and one of the nicer ones I have seen.
4 pages overall with a pasted section for coupons.
Dimensions: Unfolded 23” by 19”, Folded 4 ¼” by 9 ¼”
Condition (9/10) Great Overall. This contract is somewhat thick and does not fold with sharp creases. Some of the folds have very small tears but nothing major. Shows signs of use. The sleeve is slightly torn at the top and has been repaired with mending tissue. All coupons are present and have not been torn out.
