This is a nice set of one information booklet and one-fold out souvenir view postcard from the Union Printer Home and Tuberculosis Sanatorium Colorado Springs dated to 1919. The information booklet is 32 pages long and contains black and white images of the campus and information on the sanitarium. The view postcard was posted marked 1919 and has many great pictures of the campus. On the inside of the souvenir postcard, it gives a little detail about the union.

The Booklet is paper bound with two staples.

The Postcard was edited and maintained by the International Typographic Union in Indianapolis Indiana.

The booklet was printed by the Out West Printing and Stationary Company in Colorado Springs.

Booklet Dimensions: 7” by 4 ½”

Postcard Dimensions Folded: 5 ½” by 3 ½”

Condition (8/10) Good Overall: Both the booklet and the souvenir postcard show signs of wear. Both have some minor staining and edge wear. The booklet has some very small tears on pages but over the pages are bound tight in great condition overall. The souvenir postcard has no major tears but some of the folds have been repaired with mending tissue to midgait the prospect of a larger tear.
